Is there anyway to treat anxiety without medication from a doctor?
An event that happened in my past about a year ago has triggered my anxiety to be off the wall. I cant sit still. I shake and twitch and have become obsesses with doing little things like moving my feet around in certain positions. I feel like everyone but my fiance is out to get me and i get upset easily. I cant stop thinking about the horrible thing that has happened and I want to know if there is anything I can do to relax myself without having to go to the dr.
You can do some exercises like meditating. Or the positive thinking test: Try to think positive for ten days if you think something negative start over. this helped me to be less anxious.

And if it is really controlling your life id go see a docter if the tips here didn’t help
