I need help with deep breathing and other things.?
I have anxiety, but i think i do the deep breathing wrong that y it doesn’t help. is there a website were they tell you these things to do it right. Cause i need help not thinking about anxiety see i have fun and out of nowhere the symptoms come back i hater that sometimes i wanna cry and forget that i live i know i have depression I’m crying writing this cause people think i’m making it up and they see me if i’m crazy is there chat room or something to chat with people who went through the same thing. they say pray so that means like what u would do at church right and it can be in english and spanish.
I’m so sorry you are anxious and depressed. Deep breathing and slowing down your breathing can help calm you down, as can meditation and focusing on calmness and peace. Have you tried working with your self esteem? Think about all the good things you are and do and be kind to yourself, rather than focusing on how bad you feel and what is wrong. You may be panicing yourself with so much negativity. Also get out in nature as much as you can. The natural world is a beautiful place and walking, running or biking out in nature can be very healing. Being kind to myself and others worked really well for me, not hating myself for my feelings and not focusing so much on me. Also good nutrition, too much sugar, especially the unnatural kinds like HFCS, high fructose corn syrup, can really make you nervous. I would avoid unhealthy stress factors and people who weren’t good for me to be around.
