needed to be taken care of? and if so, how would you take care of them? And when i say special needs i mean something mild like aspergers or high functioning autism. Or anxiety/depression and needed help and support. And what if they cried and had panic attacks? COuld you look after them?
and when i say love i mean boyfriend and girlfriend and a serious relationship possibly marriage.
I do everyday 24/7 365 days out of the year. That little man I am proud to call my son. It is a very challenging time for all involved but love and patience is the key.

Just to add I know you were probably looking for someone to answer on a more romantic level. This question caught my attention and I felt the need to answer.
