Does Gaba 500mg do anything to the stomach?
i have g anxiety disorder and also IBD.
i was wondering if it mess’s with my IBD?i feel my stomach is a little wierd when i take GABA 500mg (solgar brand) anyone know..

No. I’ve been taking GABA in 750 mg pills, and a few of those every day, for over a year, for anxiety and panic attacks. I haven’t experienced any side effects, other than a slight tingling, which is good, because that means it’s kicking in. You may just need to take it with food, but it’s not bad for your stomach.
