early waking anxiety

Can depression make you go sleep late and wake up early, constantly?
i usually go sleep around 1.30am, 2am latest and wake up at like 9.30,10.30 everyday, i also do feel tired but not the urge to sleep onwards. can my depression and anxiety have something to do with this?
btw ive been having this sort of routine since i was like 13, and its common, been happening for ages. could my depression have something to do with waking up early?
Same pinch. I too have the same routine everyday. Even though i sleep at around 2 am, if i have something important the next morning, i get up sharp at around 4.30 without any hesitation.
This has been my life at home. But, this was not the case at other places.This is because i was always relaxed and didn’t have many problems to think about.Depression is partly the reason. At night you might have nothing to do so automatically you would think about something unnecessary. Try to have a good time with friends and family and have a fulfilling day rather than a boring day and you will be tired and therefore sleepy.
